My Project
My 4th-grade students start each day with a curiosity to learn and an excitement to push each other to grow. The board games selected are designed for interaction and skill building. My students will learn patience, academics, and problem solving as a community through their play.
Othello (strategy & spatial reasoning ), Apples to Apples (expanding vocabulary while navigating choice & conflict resolution), Dash and Dot (our class pets who will teach coding and collaboration while building students STEM skills), are just a few of the amazing supplies I am asking for today that will help my students build skills and confidence in our classroom.
My students push me as an educator to find innovative ways for them to connect to our classroom and the world, all in an effort to keep up with their curiosity, energy, and thirst for learning.
