My students need independent reading books that are different levels. Having leveled reading books will ensure that all students have books that they can read.
I am the teacher of 24 amazing first graders! I love coming to work every day and spending countless hours with them because they put a smile on my face. I try my best to give them everything they need everyday academically but sometimes my resources come up short. Please help me to help my students because they are still young enough to enjoy learning and I would love to keep their interest alive.

My Project
My students are in need of independent reading books. Everyday during our literacy time we read books by ourselves or with partners. It is very important that I have books on many levels for all of my students and their different learning needs. Our class library is running low on books and we could always use new stories.
My students need books to help them learn to love reading!
I want to have as many different books in our class library to expose my students to as many different stories that I can. Often students end up reading the same books over again because we don’t have enough books in each level. Please help broaden my students’ reading with new books.
