My Project

My students have been trying to convince me to get a class pet for a while now. They came up with a plan on how to take care of the pet, how to fundraise to pay for materials, and how to manage classroom procedures with a new classmate. They worked so hard on a plan and decided that they would like to get a class bunny/rabbit.

Having a class pet will teach my students valuable life skills.

They will learn how to take care of an animal, and also how to take care of themselves in the process.

They have decided to rescue a bunny/rabbit from the shelter, and I thought it would be nice if we can off-set the costs of the start-up materials. The students are so excited to have a new classmate!
