This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students snacks that they can enjoy during reading time in class. This will allow students to enjoy books from our classroom library that are empowering, relevant, mind stimulating, and fun in our book nook.
My project will support students in building reading stamina while learning at school.
Students will have enough snacks to go around as they select different books of interest to read from different authors during independent reading time.
The reading intervention class that I teach is for students that have reading level that ranges from BR to 500.
