My Project

Circuits are fascinating and fun and perfect to end the year with my middle schoolers in Colorado. We are at a STEAM aerospace focused PBL (project based learning) school. These materials fit all of those areas. I learned about these circuitry activities at the summer professional development for Infosys and computer science.

We can program our circuits to light up, move, and work with switches.

There are so many options using these materials.

We will use conductive tape, pens, and pressure paper for our circuits! The USB charger will be used for the iPad connection for showing our displays on the board so we can learn from each other.

I want my kids to learn the basics of circuits and electronics with sketchbooks funded in another project. This book includes 5 project templates, including a simple circuit, parallel circuit, DIY switch, blinking slide switch, DIY pressure sensor. We will use the pressure sensor paper and the conductive tape and pens with this book to learn about circuits. After learning these circuitry basics, our students will be able to take these skills to a new level and create and code anything they want!
