This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This preschool is a special education class in L.A.U.S.D know as a PAL (Preschool for all learners) class. I have energetic and enthusiastic students with a variety of disabilities ranging from autism to cerebral palsy. These children are wonderful little people and I only want the best for them.

I strive to have my classroom as clean and organized as possible, so that my students can feel welcome and happy when they step in every morning.

From observing my classroom I have noticed that their favorite time of day is when we are all gathered around the rug during circle time and singing songs like the A,B,Cs to finger playing to the Eensy Weensy Spider. I would love for them to sit on the rug and sing their little hearts out.

My Project

Pre-k is where it all begins for some students, this is the age of exploration and joy and I believe music plays a big part of it! Your donations will make it possible for my students to sit on a clean carpet and allow them to travel the world through books and music.
