My Project
Our Spanish magnet students need costumes to enhance our Cinco De Mayo performance in May. Students will be learning the Mexican national anthem to sing to the families as well as a traditional Mexican song plus a separate dance from Mexico. We will perform outdoors for families as a K-2 group in honor of this holiday. Ideally, girls will wear skirts or dresses authentic to Mexico and the boys will either wear a sombrero or serape to go along with their attire. We are one of 2 Spanish magnet schools in the Pittsburgh area and we like to celebrate learning Spanish by learning about the culture. Thank you for any consideration.
