My Students

My students have faced many challenges in their young lives. Even though they have these stressors in their lives, they come to school on a daily basis ready and willing to learn. They bring their creativity and energy every day so that they can accomplish all of their individual goals.

These young people have taught me so much about life and living.

They make me want to strive to be a better teacher/person so that I can continue to grow in my career as well as life.

My Project

The use of chromebooks on a daily basis will allow my students to read grade level material, aide in their writing, complete research independently, as well as, gain access to their individual intervention programs.

Having these chromebooks in our classroom will not only help me incorporate technology into my daily learning (which is not easy for me) but it will help my students because they will be utilizing online learning games that will supplement their learning.

Technology is limited in our school and these chromebooks will allow my students to make progress like the peers from other districts where technology is abundant.
