My Students

My students will love learning math on chromebooks. Watching them use inquiry based learning to gain mathematical understanding is so amazing. Unfortunately our school lacks the technology to be able to have team tablets do that every team of 4 can have a Chromebook available to view their e-book and use the etools that will really give them those a-ha! moments all students deserve. Without this classsroom set, I am afraid my students will miss out on opportunities to learn and explore for themselves.

My Project

My students will be learning math using a new curriculum that involves using technology often to deepen their conceptual understanding of mathematics. However, we currently do not have any technology available for them to use these etools, and that puts them at a disadvantage and inhibits their learning and understanding. I would love to get enough technology so each team could have 1 to share ! Unfortunately our school lacks the technology to be able to have team tablets do that every team of 4 can have a Chromebook available to view their e-book and use the etools that will really give them those a-ha! moments all students deserve. Without this classsroom set, I am afraid my students will miss out on opportunities to learn and explore for themselves.
