Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students are sometimes assigned special projects they can do online research on, such as practicing for Free Response type questions for AP Calculus or AP Statistics. Some student are also sometimes assigned IXL and i-Ready math assignments that allow them to polish-up their basic math skills.
There are times when I give students class time to work on these projects or assignments, and some student either forget their computer at home, or forget to charge them long enough to be able to work in class.
These Chromebooks would allow more of my students get the access and practice they need to be more successful in learning the math they need too meet their future aspirations.
