Chromebooks for the Classroom

My students need Chromebooks for 21st century learning. In our classroom we use Chromebooks for our project based learning, i-ready, and other activities.

My Students

My classroom is full of enthusiasm for learning. Our current project based learning project about penguins. My students are enjoying researching and learning all about this topic!

My school has a diverse and rich culture of students, parents and teachers.

We are fully implementing 21st century learning into all areas of curriculum. Learning technological skills and how to use a computer are important in teaching 1st graders to be prepared for the later grades.

My Project

The goal of getting more Chromeboooks for our classroom is to give a better ratio of student to Chromebook usage. We are almost to half of our goal of one Chromebook to two students. We are working on a PBL project currently which requires research and data processing. Both are great skills for a first grader!

Our class would appreciate donations to our classroom for Chromebooks as my district is heading towards making sure our students are 21st century learners.

It is a goal for students to be able to navigate technology to be productive citizens in this world.
