Chromebooks For My Learners

Help me give my students technology within the classroom. This project will allow my students to have the opportunity to drive and reinforce their learning.

My Students

My first graders have a lot of questions! "How did the pilgrims catch a turkey? Where did the turkeys live? How did they take the feathers off the turkey?" And THAT was only the beginning of this conversation! It is all day long that they inquire about the world around them.

I am in need of some reliable, easily navigated technology that will serve as a "Classroom Siri" I usually don't have time to stop what I am doing to answer a curious first grader question.

It would be amazing to be able to guide that inquisitive mind to a reliable Chromebook while I continue on with the rest of the class.

My Project

In my classroom, I am ready to increase technology for my little learners. Adding Chromebooks to my classroom will allow children to drive and reinforce their learning. Promoting math, reading, and basic keyboarding skills are the goals for technology. Additionally, I would like to extend learning for my higher students and reteach for my reluctant students.

When the computers arrive, students will be placed on technology daily.

By gaining daily access, students will grow their skills and confidence with basic technology enhancement. Children will also grow more proficient and be able to compete in the global economy.
