This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything.
My school is a Dual Immersion school that serves students in grades K-5 and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers and a safe learning environment.
As a result, we are consistently one of the high performing schools in the district each year.
My Project
My students need interactive games and activities that focus on the alphabet, letter recognition, writing, and math. The chromebooks will allow students to access the curriculum online. My students will use these materials to explore counting, making letters and sounds, and words! These activities will be used during Learning Center times throughout the day with reading, writing and math while learning together. Your generous donation to my project will improve the level of interaction and engagement of my students. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age and having fun while learning!
