Chromebooks Are the Way to a Brighter Future

Help me give my students 2 Chromebooks and 1 laptop cart to assist in the classroom.

My Students

I have the pleasure teaching College Career Readiness, Economics, and US Government to 10th and 12th graders. My students do attend a Title I School where all my students receive free lunch. Many of them come from low income families. My students come ready to learn and receive the instructions daily. I encourage my students to be the best version of themselves they can be.

My students are hard working and energetic individuals who come ready to learn each day.

I enjoy teaching and exposing them to the material they will need in order to be successful in life.

My Project

The use of technology in education is essential. In order for each student to complete assignments, a Chromebook device is needed. Several students' laptops have been stolen, lost, or broken.

With two new Chromebooks, students will always have access to a computer during class.

Our school's LMS is Canvas. Canvas is utilized each day and students will benefit from these devices. Having the Chromebooks means that no child will be left behind.

Having the laptop stand will allow a home for the device and it will allow for its mobility.

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
