My Students

My students are a group of enthusiastic learners that are definitely gifted and talented in multiple ways. They love to learn at a depth beyond the textbook. Plus, anytime technology can be added, the excitement level goes up.

We focus on collaborative learning that ties together project based and blended learning, to create a classroom culture that is curious and creative beyond measure.

Our middle school is diverse, with a population close to 1000. Our students deserve the best education possible, and these Chromebooks will make their future that much brighter!

My Project

My students need Chromebooks to collaborate through the Google Apps for Education platform. Students will also use Chromebooks to research and discover through videos, gaming, and interactive experiments. Google provides a variety of ways to collaborate, by creating collaborative slideshows, documents, forms, spreadsheets, drawings, and more.

Using technology, allows this generation of students to conduct more complex experiments, research, and collaborative projects, that would otherwise be impossible at the middle school level, with just textbooks.

This learning will be interactive, collaborative, and fun, a recipe for students to get excited about coming to class. This is important to not only teach 21st-century skills, but for students to interact, work as a team, and add more depth and complexity to their learning.
