This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I ask them, "Where is the best school in the whole world?" and they reply, "Our school!" I want them to know and believe in their school's opportunities. With the teachers and equipment, they can do anything.
Our school is public and in a rural area, a small town where they will have a chance of becoming a productive citizen.
We have about three hundred students at our school with ninety percent being African American, five percent Caucasian, and five percent Hispanic.
My Project
As my elite student prepares for her first Christmas concert, I want her to have the best saxaphone ever. Remember first impressions are everlasting for our young students. The Christmas concert will be at school and my student will continue to practice playing the saxaphone for years to come. The instrument she has is full of blemishes and dents. Please support us and bringing the best early Christmas present in time before the concert. My student can reach others how to practice playing if she’s giving the opportunity of getting a new saxaphone.
