This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'd like to start early and try to get my students classroom Christmas gifts for this upcoming holiday season. Fidget math games teach students a variety of social emotional and academic skills. They are also spending time away from screens and interacting with others. They’ll learn how to follow directions, have patience, counting, take turns, and so much more while playing a fun activity. Also, fidget toys can help them calm down when they feel overwhelmed by providing different sensory units and at the same time they will learn math skills. I plan on using gift bags for their present. Each student will be able to take home a math fidget toy in order to enjoy with their family over the winter break and beyond.

With your help, I would like to give my Kindergarten students a learning Christmas to remember.
