This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After over two years of various safety protocols that limited us, we are finally allowed to have a classroom rug again! My students deserve rugs that reflect the subject matter that we are learning while also providing a place of comfort to support overall growth.
The large rug will be used as a main place to gather throughout the day.
The small rug and circles will be used as a flexible seating resources to complete a variety of tasks! We are all deserving of a welcoming place to sit and gather.
