This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Playing is one of the most wonderful ways children learn. Through play children learn to collaborate, express themselves and discover their abilities. My students love to use the various items I have for them during choice playtime. They enjoy Legos and blocks, which helps them develop their STEM interest. They use their imagination and expand their creativity using Play Doh, transportation toys or dolls. I want them to have easy access to all these choices with a simple storage area that will allow them to not only choose, but also learn to put things away responsibly.
