This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students struggle to visualize the stories in novels. Choose your own adventure books place the reader inside the story and helps the reader understand the story as it unfolds because they are the protagonist!
Adventure awaits at the turn of a page for my curious and fun loving 4th grade students, but they need access to books that will engage their minds and their curiosity.
Home libraries are not easy to build and adding choose your own adventure books to our classroom library will help place books in the hands of my students that they can take home to enjoy and share with their families. The best way to grow and nurture a love of reading is by providing opportunities to explore and engage with books. Help me as I continue to support my students in overcoming their reading challenges and give them even more opportunities to see that the sky is the limit in their education and growth!
