This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are amazing and hard-working. It can be most productive to take a break away from their work and then come back. Sometimes, my students arrive to school hungry and it is difficult for them to concentrate.

It would be great to provide my students with a snack as they take a break from classwork.

A small snack as they recharge for a few minutes can be very helpful to bring even more productivity to their schoolwork. It is a small gesture, but it shows there are trusting adults that care about them in the school building.
