Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would love the opportunity to provide my students more hands-on learning with technology. My school is title 1 and many of my students do not have the option to use technology in their homes. Technology is important to use in the classroom because we are always surrounded by technology. Children need to learn the safety and value of technology in a controlled area like a classroom.

With a world of digital age, it is important for students to have hands-on learning experiences with technology.

The kindles and osmos paired together will provide ample opportunities for my students to play and learn different reading and math games while using technology.

I plan to use the osmos and kindles in the classroom as an independent learning station during reading and math.
