This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me bring a multisensory experience to my classroom. With this project, my students can have fun using the Magnetic Wand and alphabet letters chips to learn early literacy skills like initial and ending letter sounds, and also, blending and segmenting sounds.

Mastering CVC words is an important step into building early readers and developing literacy skills.

Sound Segmenting Trays will be the perfect addition to my small group table as I teach phonemic awareness and phonics. With the trays, I can support my students break down words with 2, 3, and 4 sounds. Learning should be fun and engaging to students.

Finally with the letter vests, spelling in my classroom will turn into a fun movement learning experience.
