The chairs and desk need to be just our size! I teach inner city pre school children with special needs.
During the past few years, I have found that my students love the interaction that several of the great online websites provide them while they are learning about letters, numbers and reading. I have started to incorporate computer time during the students learning centers. However, I currently only have one computer desk and one computer. Plus the computer desk I have in my classroom is an adult size desk. Since I work in an inner city school district, furniture is not usually on the top of the supply need for classrooms.
Despite the lack of my districts resources, I am continually trying to update my classroom to make it more child friendly. I am submitting this proposal to add one more piece of child friendly furniture to my classroom.
