My Project

I have had such a wonderful year with my students, and will be so sad to see them go. We have worked hard and played hard. I am so proud of them and the steps they have taken to live the CREST every day and be Kindness Ambassadors. During our final weeks of school, we will be working to spread a little more kindness as we make Be Kind signs, write letters of appreciation to our extended staff and bus drivers, and make snack bags with a caring note for designated students at a neighboring school.

If you can't say something nice, you aren't thinking hard enough.

My job is to instill a message of love and care for others into the hearts of my children, not only through modeling, but also through a gentle and nurturing class environment that welcomes everyone. With notes, inspirational stickers for Chromebooks and water bottles, new monarch nests for our team, and a small lit tree in the corner of the room, I am trying to promote a classroom climate that is respectful of all people, animals, and nature.
