My Project

Fidgets and chewies are necessary tools in any special education classroom! They are also the types of items that get the most wear and tear and easily go missing.

Students in my room utilize fidgets and chewies all day every day!

They use fidgets to help keep their hands busy but their ears listening. With the extended use of the fidgets they do break quickly so we are constantly going through them. We are also constantly going through chewies while students utilize them to help meet sensory needs in a safe way. Helping increase our stock pile of fidgets and chewies will help keep students engaged, regulated, and ready to learn!
