My Project

My Chemistry and AP Chemistry classes are largely lab-based. In working with a diverse group of learners, including students with IEPs and students with limited English acquisition, providing a multitude of hands-on experiences is invaluable to my teaching. In order to carry out the number of labs, students need scientific calculators. Additionally, we often engage with peer review, and giving my students fun, colorful erasable pens allows them to give feedback on their work. As a result of these experiences, students are able to understand integral chemistry concepts that they can take to their college years and beyond.
