My Project

My cheerleaders complete a workout every day at the beginning of practice. Right now they are limited to only doing bodyweight workouts. While they are still working very hard and doing their best, if they had dumbbells to use they would be able to take their workouts and strength to the next level!

Having dumbbells to add to our workouts would drastically improve my cheerleaders' ability in cheer and other sports and their lives!

Lifting weights not only benefits them in their strength but also gives them more confidence in their ability as an athlete.
