This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goal for my project is for my students to feel cheerful when they are in the classroom. The Cat in the Hat is a cheerful theme. I have read that book to my students. They really enjoyed the story.

My students deserve to be in a welcoming environment.

I want them to look forward to be in my classroom. The Cat in the Hat is a well known book, that my students know about. I remember when I read them the book, they were eager to know what would happen next. I cant imagine the face they will put when they see the classroom decorated with The Cat in the Hat!
