Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I'm very fortunate to be a teacher and work with amazing fifth grade students. The school I work at is a Title One school in a large suburb of southern California.

Currently our school is having major budget cuts that have impacted our classroom. My class needs a pocket chart holder and pocket charts will give them a much needed visual resource.

If we had these pocket charts I would be able to teach paragraph writing and grammatical skills to my students. Since the majority of my students are visual learners this will provide educational benefits.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my proposal. My students and I will be grateful and very appreciative of these much needed materials.
