Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are energetic, creative, and full of curiosity. What makes them special is their excitement to learn and their willingness to try new things. They come to school each day ready to grow, and they learn best when lessons are interactive and visually engaging.
With anchor chart paper and markers, we’ll create meaningful, student-driven anchor charts that help bring lessons to life.
These materials will allow us to build colorful, organized visual tools together—making learning stick by connecting ideas to bright, student-created visuals. These charts will serve as reference points throughout the year, supporting comprehension in reading, writing, math, and more.
My goal is to help students take ownership of their learning by involving them in the creation of these charts. I want our classroom walls to reflect their thinking, their voices, and their growth. With your support, we can transform blank paper into powerful learning tools that boost confidence and spark deeper understanding.
