Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school is a Title I school, which means the majority of my students come from low-income households and struggle to afford many of the resources that can be useful in my classroom. They also work best when collaborating together and our new curriculum, HMH Into Literature, offers many opportunities for them to do just this.
This project will allow my students to work collaboratively on chart paper and post their work around the room so it can be celebrated.
Chart paper is a wonderful item students can use to work together on answers, posters and other projects. I would love to post these around the room to celebrate that my students work best when they work together.
