This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading is an integral part of our daily lives. Students who read every day are increasing their vocabulary and becoming lifelong readers. The Charlottes Web class set of books will encourage all students to follow along in choral reading and once we have read the book, we will all participate in a fun activity.
Chapter books are a great way to get children to really appreciate the written word and utilize their listening and memory retention skills.
They are the perfect way to let a child's imagination run wild with their own vision of a story and continue them on their reading journey.
The clear storage boxes will be used to keep our books safe so we can enjoy them for years to come. The I can statement poster is used daily and helps students know what standard and objective we are working on. Please help my students with these books to promote literacy.
