This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As we continue to grow and improve our school's engineering program, the larger reach and scope it becomes. The ability to serve and retain more students in our engaging program pushes us to find creative ways to grow and meet that demand.
We want to encourage more students to, design, engineer, and build more, by receiving these electrical components, they are essential to getting our students powered up.
As our program has a large team this year, our team can build robots more efficiently by having more of these components for testing and debugging of their STEM projects. This allows us to operate the robots smoothly for our next projects. Overall, these materials would be of great assistance to the team, and we would appreciate your donation.
Being a part of our high school robotics team, we will learn how to work as a team and solve problems more efficiently making the task at hand easier to complete.
These are essential life skills; so, it is incredibly important we learn to fully use them by being a part of a community such as Team 968 RAWC. By having these tools, we would be able to further our knowledge of technology and how it relates to engineering careers. This would also open up room for future members to be able to find an interest in the engineering career. We would like to expose science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to the students in our community to encourage higher education and college readiness.
