This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to provide my students with a safe and easy charging station for our classroom Chromebooks. By providing the students with an easy station for them to plug each Chromebook into, it will teach the students organization along with protecting and expanding the life of each Chromebook. We also use Chromebooks during state testing, so keeping them secure and well-cared for throughout the year will alleviate possible damage and/or problems when testing begins in the Spring.

In order to save on paper (our climate and environment) we utilize the use of our Chromebook daily.

I want to ensure that each of the students is able to work efficiently by having the technology needed in the classroom. By providing the charging station, this will allow for each one to be charged and ready to go at the beginning of the day. Lastly, Chromebook charging stations will keep all of our cords, so they won't be a tangled mess on the floor for students to step on or trip over.
