Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students received one on one computers by the county and we love having technology in the room to learn a new language and help us with more opportunities to do listening activities and recording themselves while using the language.
Our issues is that we don't have enough plugs in the classroom.
We only have two places for them to plug in, and using extension cords with additional plugs would help students' ability to use the technology that has been provided for them.
I would love to use as much technology as possible in the classroom. Students work on Duolingo and play different games like Gimkit. They love learning while playing and having fun activities for them to learn new words.
