it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am reaching out for support to help bring a laptop charging cart into my classroom. As a departmentalized teacher, I work with two groups of students each day — one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we currently only have access to one laptop cart, which must be shared between myself and my partner teacher. This means that every day, my students and I spend valuable class time walking to another room to get the laptops in the morning and returning them again in the afternoon.
This process not only eats into our instructional time but also disrupts the flow of learning.
My students thrive when they’re engaged in hands-on, technology-driven lessons. They get excited about using digital tools to explore, create, and connect with the material in meaningful ways. Having a dedicated charging cart in our classroom would allow us to maximize our learning time and minimize daily disruptions.
