Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach ELA and social studies to forty-four, third graders. My students enjoy reading and spend lots of time in our classroom library on our one bean bag chair. I love their excitement about reading.

My students are funny, hard working, respectful, and overall Rockstars!

I love their enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge. They motivate me as much as I motivate them!

My Project

By helping us to obtain these items, you will be ensuring that we will have regular use of technology for differentiated instruction in our classroom! We will be able to charge the current technology that we have simultaneously, instead of two at a time. More students will be able to use the tech that we do have and also, collaborate with each other on group projects. The easel will help us have additional display space for access to anchor charts. The easel will also allow the teacher to move around the classroom to engage more students.
