My Project

The lack of in-person learning affected students not only academically, but socially. Thus, our school has started the program Character Strong which concentrates on building their characters. Traits which are addressed through this program are Cooperation, Courage, Ceativity, Empathy, Gratitude, Honesty, Kindness, Perservance, Respect and Responsibility.

Our library has a few books to support this program, but not nearly enough.

If we receive funding for this project we would be able to provide teachers with books to read to their students and extras for students to check out and take home to read with their families.
