This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Some of my students are above grade level when it comes to their phonics and comprehension. I would love to start them on a series of chapter books that can get them into reading higher level books.

Help give my students a funny and entertaining series of chapter books for them to read!

I grew up with Junie B. Jones and that was the series for me that got me into reading! I was in 2nd grade myself when my teacher suggested I give her a chance and I got hooked. I am hoping I can give the same opportunity to my students!
