My Project

An interest in reading and diverse reading materials exposes students to a wider world view and increases their knowledge of the world around them.

My students have limited opportunities to independently pick reading materials and Chapter books that address their interests.

The donations you provide will allow me to build our classroom library and expand the reading options available to my students. Access to chapter books and books that are representative of their own experiences and backgrounds will foster my students' love of reading and willingness to try new genres.

Interest in reading will open doors for my students in the future as it will increase their knowledge base and skill set.
