Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I love how all my students are different in every way when it comes to learning. They are competitive, intentional, and bright. I teach a diverse group of 10th graders who have a vision and goal that they want to accomplish in life. I want to be able to reach my students in all ways with the right resources and materials needed for them to be excellent inside and outside the classroom. Some students are at a disadvantage then others and I want to be able to provide an advantage for ALL my students.

My Project

I am wishing for a extra laptop, printer/copier, and easel board. These materials will be used for students in the classroom and at home. Getting a printer will allow students to have instant access to making copies for materials and handouts. The easel will be used to keep students updated on incoming assignments or activities going on in the school. It will also be used for interactive activities in the classroom. A extra laptop will be beneficial for students who do not have the proper technology to be successful in the classroom.
