This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are excited to engage in on season and off-season conditioning to compete with more affluent high school teams and teams with club players. As a public school, teachers in class and coaches opening up time (6:15-7:45am) and afterschool 3:15-5:45pm are competing with minimal resources and funds. Please support us in getting better resources to support both in season and off season conditioning, travel equipment, properly hosting home games and instilling a sense of pride in our players. Some items will help us take advantage of any space (hallways, grass areas outside, travel to condition in sand) to promote better volleyball skill development and team cohesion. Resources to enhance volleyball skills are useful in the correct hands. Our Coaches want to lend a hand to improve our players skills in an environment where resources are lacking. Please help up provide resources that more fortunate school systems already have....so we may increase our level of competition versus those schools.
