Challenge to Breakout of the Classroom

My Students

I have an amazing group of students aged 9-12. They are willing to tackle any obstacle put in front of them and put forth their best effort. My students are highly engaged when they have a real world, hands on projects to tackle.

My students are highly engaged when they have to tackle problems together.

They love the hands-on experiences in my classroom and rise to meet any challenge head on. They are a group of students that love to explore together and to be creative in their learning and thinking.

My Project

Having Breakout EDU boxes on campus will allow me to give students the challenge of increasing their teamwork and collaboration throughout the school year. The challenges can focus on different subjects and can be geared towards the different ages that I teach.

Students will increase their ability to collaborate and communicate with their peers through these challenges.

The challenges of the Breakout EDU kits will give students the chance to increase their perseverance and continue to challenge themselves. Having the change to increase their growth mindset is something that you can't put a price on.

Breakout EDU kits give students a tactile way to problem solve and to think outside of the box. Students will learn that they need the help of those around them to be successful in this process. My students are very excited to have this opportunity!
