This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me prepare for my students next year. I want to have the opportunity to integrate STEAM more into my classroom next year with 2nd grade.
STEAM is such an amazing opportunity for students to integrate many subject areas.
Good quality headphones are so important for students to be able to focus on working on assignments on their computer. We often do coding activities and online math and reading games.
Not only are puzzles fun, but they are also educational. They can teach students how to put pieces of a picture together, which builds critical thinking skills.
Having fun activities that are not on the computer is important for students. In the winter months, we often have indoor recess and have activities for the students to do while indoors, but off technology is something important to me.
