My Students
Our school is a true neighborhood school! Most of our students walk to and from school each day. Our school feels like a huge family helping each other through the challenges that we face.
The majority of students in the school are eligible for free or reduced-priced meals.
We are in need of supplies to enrich their educational experience and nourish their enthusiasm for learning. Our 4th grade class is full of students that will be truly appreciative of your generosity.
My Project
Gone are the days of the teacher standing at the front of the room in front of a chalkboard! Now, we know how important it is for teachers to deliver targeted, small group instruction.
In order to work with the students in a small group, we need easels that are portable and can be moved around the room as we guide students through reading and math.
These whiteboard easels will allow us to meet with small groups of students around the room and capture their great thinking in writing. They will also allow us to facilitate student led math and reading centers.
