My Project

I am requesting 18 chairs for my classroom. The chairs I currently have seen many children come and go through this classroom, even long before I came here. They are various shapes and sizes as well, making it hard for the children to decide which ones to sit in and sometimes causing friends to argue amongst themselves over who will get what chair-a great social-emotional building skill, but could be avoidable if only we had chairs in better repair. This can impact certain parts of the day, like morning work, where students are asked to write in their journal and they do not want to sit in certain areas because of certain chairs. Art is affected because some students choose not to participate in that center due to the chairs.

By donating to this project, you're not only impacting this class by providing this basic need but future classes for years to come!

These chairs will be continuously used in this classroom and will be well loved, just like the ones they are currently using.
