My Project

Hola! First-year teacher here. I request your help in adding flexible seating options for my 2nd graders. Something that stood out during my student teaching semester was my mentor's flexible seating options and their effects on students learning. I know my 2nd graders would benefit from these seating options as well.

Seating in chairs for 6 hours is hard for us as adults, now imagine 6-7-year-olds having to do this daily.

I plan to rotate the students weekly so everyone has a turn to experience these flexible seating options and ultimately benefit from them. My students work hard and they do not complain but as their teacher, I know they deserve more options regarding their seating, and if I can accomplish this with your help even better.
