Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach in a low-income, high-mobility school that is Title I. This means all of our children receive free breakfast and lunch during the school day. We have a diverse population and serve children and families from many different cultures.
The students at our school are sweet and crave positive interactions and for someone to show a genuine interest in them.
They are eager to learn new things and love to share what they have learned with others. These students need positive role models in their lives to introduce them to the wonders of the world around them.
My Project
These chair pockets will keep my students organized while learning each day. My classroom is filled with many wonderful supplies. The challenge is keeping all of these supplies sanitized, organized and quick to obtain.
With these new deluxe chair pockets, my students will be able to stay organized and safe while keeping our day moving on to important learning.
I like to keep an organized classroom for efficiency. These chair pockets will help my students and me achieve this goal. My students each have a Chromebook that they need to have easy access to each day. These chair pockets will keep their workbooks, pencil boxes, login cards, and folders safe and at their fingertips for quick retrieval.
