This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help fund my classroom!

Everywhere you look there are great examples of engaging, helpful and educational technology and STEM programs available - the problem, is how to get students access to them.

Currently, there is very limited availability of laptops, Chromebooks and computers in my school.

Therefore, any technology or programs I want my students use, to help engage them in class, (like Peardeck, Nearpod, pHET simulators etc), must be accessed through their cellphones.

I would love to get a class set of laptops, so that students can benefit from educational technology programs without the temptation and distraction that cellphones cause.
